  Welcome to LETTERS OF NOTE. This time we would like to remind you of the ENVIRONMENT as a political issue. So this letter is addressed to the presidency of  COP -CLIMATE CHANGE CONFERENCE OF PARTIES. Last summit was held in Glasgow where agreement on the matter of emissions could be reached.
